I went in to tailor my pants this evening and service was amazing! I told Karam i would need the pants in the ready in morning this next day and he said no problem at all. After he sized them, he offered to tailor them in same day. It took him 5 minutes. I highly recommend this Karam to anyone and this will be my go to spot moving forward!
Absolutely 10/10 experience. My zipper off my winter jacket partially tore off and he sewed it back on in 2 minutes without any charge. I will definitely come back for any alterations I need!! Everyone please go here the quality is 10/10 and service is 10/10
Absolutely amazing work! My alterations were done exactly the way I wanted, with so much patience and attention to detail. I loved the final result and truly appreciate the effort put in to deliver the best. Definitely the best place to visit for quality work and great service. Highly recommend!
MUST READ: This is my real experience, not fake as the owner tried to claim in the reply!!!!!! I had a terrible and deeply upsetting experience here. I brought a dress for a wedding. The first day was fine, but the second day was awful. The tailor started yelling at my mother and me so much that I was in tears. My mom has heart problems, and even as she tried to respond, he just kept yelling. At first, he told me “customer happiness is my number one priority,” but my experience showed the opposite. When I reminded him of this while crying, he ignored me. As soon as another customer walked in, he suddenly went silent, smiled, and pretended to be kind. just to keep up appearances. His behavior was fake and manipulative. He also made offensive and racist remarks, saying Canadians are better than Arabs and that he would no longer deal with Arabs because they are stingy. I am Canadian, but also Arab, and hearing this was extremely hurtful and unprofessional. On top of this, my mother accidentally called him instead of her other tailor. When she explained, he immediately yelled at her on the phone and hung up. Later, when we went in person, he told us, “Take your dress, I’m not doing it, bring it to that tailor.” He had no right to treat us this way — we are free to use any tailor we choose. After that, he told us to sit and wait while he helped “other customers.” Even though it was our turn, he skipped us and served 2–3 customers who came after us, just to hide his yelling and disrespect from others. He even insulted the other tailor, saying that man was “nothing” and that he made him into something, which showed more arrogance and disrespect. In the end, the dress itself was ugly and not what I wanted at all. But after everything, I didn’t even argue — I just wanted to leave. To make it worse, he changed the price at the last minute and was just shocking after everything he did to my mom and I This was the most unprofessional, humiliating, and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. NO CUSTOMER AND I REPEAT NO CUSTOMER should ever be treated with yelling, racism, manipulation, or dishonesty — especially when trusting someone with clothing for an important occasion. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.
Honestly, one of the best places I've been to for alterations and dry cleaning. Their prices are very reasonable, and they pay attention to the smallest details. I had a last-minute dry cleaning emergency, and the owner came himself to take care of it. It's rare to find such service. I highly recommend it for this. I will go there regularly.
