Normally, I like this place—it gets plenty of fun and has a lot of potential. However, each time I come back, it seems to be getting worse rather than better. My main concern is safety. Some of the equipment is clearly worn out and now requires immediate attention, repair, or full replacement. If these issues are not addressed soon, it could pose a real risk to kids as some places have hard surfaces!

The staff are nice. My kids love jumping there but it is definitely rundown and can be dangerous. The padded flooring is coming up and exposing wood edges. There's always an area closed off. Big kids run at high speed and run through the Littles area almost stampeding on the toddlers, but no one stops them. I will not be renewing our membership until this place is updated. This place definitely has potential.

I would like to file an official complaint about the unsafe conditions of the facility and the extremely unprofessional behavior of the staff at the Altitude Trampoline Park in Mason, OH. I am a monthly member with a 3-month minimum contract. On December 7, 2025, I visited the park with my child. We were told that we must buy Altitude socks, so I purchased them immediately. However, once I entered the play area, I noticed that many children (around 30%) were jumping without the required Altitude socks. Because of this, I politely asked the staff why only we were required to buy the socks and showed them photos of other children not following the same rule. After seeing this and realizing that the rule was not enforced equally, I decided to return the socks — which I had just purchased. At this point, a different manager (named Payton), who I had not even spoken to before, approached me in a very rude and aggressive tone. After I returned the socks, she and another employee began to follow me around the facility, standing extremely close to me and repeatedly saying they would “call the police,” even though I did absolutely nothing wrong. I only took photos of the unsafe, damaged areas of the facility — torn flooring, exposed foam, ripped padding — which are hazardous for children. Instead of addressing these safety issues, staff chose to intimidate me, threaten me, and make me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. This behavior is unacceptable. I am requesting: 1. A review of the staff behavior, especially Payton. 2. An explanation for unequal enforcement of the rules. 3. A safety inspection due to the dangerous condition of the floors and padding. 4. Cancellation of my membership with a full refund, as I was intimidated, denied fair service, and felt unsafe continuing my visits. Photos of the unsafe areas and my receipts are attached. Thank you.

Back in December 26, 2024 1 year ago it was a Thursday and When we went to there there was a brand new tag that's lights up but it's terrible because when the staff was walking down the ramp I hid I tried to look for a hiding spot fast and she found me before I got out I recorded it but that's not all they don't charge your tag if it's needs to be charged and the play section is right by the front door and I have the footage and one thing did they just say also you arrested for the head up I didn't do anything the security camera should see it if your the security guard find the footage on December 26 2024 and the police needs to know this and we were leaving in 25 minutes! And she didn't let me go back inside and not play this is the WoRsT trampoline park don't go here the staff should be fired!

Edit: I want to thank David the manager for reaching out to me and having such a great conversation with me and letting me know he is definitely working on making this place a great place again. I will definitely update again and I hope the owners see this and use funding to fix the stuff inside this park as it is in such a great location…. I’m honestly upset that I purchased a membership here on July 2nd . After today’s visit, I can confidently say this trampoline park is not what I expected—or what was promised. The facility is incredibly dirty. The floors were littered with food, and there were children actually eating off that same dirty floor. The bathrooms were out of paper towels, and it wasn’t even busy—so there’s no excuse for that level of neglect. Even more concerning: parts of the flooring are coming up, with visible holes that could cause serious injuries. It’s a safety hazard waiting to happen. As a parent, that’s terrifying. On top of that, there was a teenage staff member at the zip line station who left it closed while sitting there doing absolutely nothing. When a child asked to use it, he just told them it would open later—again, he was sitting right there. No supervision, no engagement, just indifference. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with this membership for two more months due to the policy, but if I could cancel today, I absolutely would. This place is in desperate need of maintenance, supervision, and accountability. The last thing Abby was excellent
