Rose did an excellent job at taking care of our two mini donkeys while we were away for 11 days on vacation. She is a professional, straightforward and very clear in her work. She updated us daily with notes on her visits, pictures and videos. What a relief it is to know that our donkeys were well taken care of! Thank you, Rose! ❤️

I live near the owner, Rose, and have seen the logo for her business on her car when she drives down the street, which is how I heard of her. I called her two months ago, and she is not very "with it" which should have been my first clue. As has been stated in previous one star reviews, she is clearly in mental decline, which makes me very sad - my Mom Is about her age and I had a soft-heart moment and still decided to give her a try. She was supposed to come by daily for 6 days to feed and walk my dog - his name is Thor (remember that, because it comes into play later) during her in-home consultation she acted like she was an expert and corrected me several times about my OWN DOG's preferences, she also went on and on about some trip to Africa she's taking and how she needs the money- like I said, mental decline. She was unpleasant but kept assuring me her prices were the best and I figured since she's local, might as well try. As she was leaving, she let out a long, very obvious fart that she then tried to blame on my "creaky hardwood floors" - just say "excuse me" like an adult! It turns out the smell she left behind was going to be the least of my worries.... I have a security camera, and she did not show up on the first day, and I had to call a neighbor to help feed my dog, she also did not show up on the second day and would not return my calls, once again my neighbor had to take time out of his day to feed and walk my dog and clean up his potty accidents. On the third day, she shows up and lets my dog into the back yard For about 10 minutes - I had my neighbor go and check after he got off work, and he said my dog had gone potty on the floor again and it did not look like his water had been refilled I called Rose while I was supposed to be relaxing on my vacation and asked her what was going on and she said she had no idea what I was saying because she had come to see "Rufus" every day (as previously stated my dogs name is not Rufus) - I told her to not bother coming back because I had camera proof she wasn't coming by, and my neighbor postponed some personal plans he had to care for my dog the rest of the time I was gone - she then said it was illegal to film her without her permission (yeah...) I told her I didn't want her coming by, and even changed the codes on my lock from my phone - a week after I got back, I got a bill for all six days which I am not going to pay. Rose says she has brought other clients of hers to court and "destroyed" them - and threatened to do the same to me. I wanted to give her a chance but I realize now it was out of pity - because I live in the area I asked some people who live on her street about her and they responded "oh that crazy lady who tortures stray cats?" - I guess my biggest mistake is not taking the other one star reviews seriously. I posted this same review to yelp, her response was that she did not know me and my review was "fake" and she sent me harassing texts about her "destroying" me in court (I thought she said she didn't know me?). (Attached) and also drives by my house occasionally giving me dirty looks - guess that was my mistake booking with her because now she knows where I live, it's too bad she didn't seem to know where I lived on the days I needed her to take care of Thor (or Rufus according to her) I seriously hope she has a responsible relative that can get her the memory care she desperately needs - if you are one of her family reading this, please get her help.

Rose very kindly accommodated our rather late notice request for a sitter for our cats Luca and Cali, when we had second thoughts about simply leaving them food and water for our four-day absence. She met with us the next day and the following day we left, feeling much relieved that the cats would be cared for, and that Rose would also let us know if anything seemed amiss at the house. Rose is an excellent communicator, very precise, and thorough in her service. We are grateful to have now established a relationship with a pet sitter we know we can trust.
