I contacted Amanda Demanda Attorney regarding a rear-end accident involving my daughter. From the beginning, I clearly explained that my daughter was traveling during the holidays (December 2025) and specifically asked that they not call or text until the week of Jan 5th. Despite this clear request, they continued calling and texting repeatedly. In my last conversation, (Jan 2nd) I told the representative that I would be seeing my daughter later that day and would speak with her about whether she wanted to move forward, since it is ultimately her decision. The agent became frustrated and responded in an abrupt and unprofessional manner, stating: “I’m confused. Do you want me to close your file or not?” That response was unnecessary and pushy. I replied that I had no issue closing the file. He said, "Will do, have a nice day" Sales agents should listen to their clients, respect boundaries, and remain courteous at all times. Persistence should never turn into pressure. We will be taking our business to Morgan & Morgan instead.
