The location was nice and the technician did a decent job however she was not very personable and it was a very unwelcoming experience. At the end there were fees not listed on the website and I did not get the first time visit discount as anticipated. I had originally signed up for a membership because what they quoted when I arrived had not aligned with what I booked online, I canceled immediately and they still didn’t honor the first time visit discount. Instead they said I needed to pay a 30.00 difference stating I had a discount for a fee that I was charged for the day of service and also an additional discount off the volume set. To be clear first visit fees were supposed to be 109.99 plus 45.00 for hybrid for first visit. Apparently there is a master stylist fee I was unaware of that was added to the charge…. I ended up being charged a total of 209.99…. I will not be returning.
STAY AWAY! And please take note, this location offers free refills if clients post positive reviews.There is a reason this place has had two other locations closed down. I Have been wearing lashes for eight years. My Lash artist was on vacation, so I went here. I started to feel a pull on the inner corner of my eye. It hurt to even blink. I called to try to get in and have someone removed the lashes but was told it would be four more days before I would be able to be seen. I ended up at the emergency room where the doctor told me I have traction alopecia because three single false lashes were added to my one natural lash. I had them removed immediately by another lash tech, and my natural lashes are almost all gone now. I canceled my membership immediately. And was still charged $199. They said I only gave 48 hours notice before payment was due instead of 72 hours notice. I highly doubt this location will be open much longer. I am also following up with a Better Business Bureau. I will probably be filing a case in small claims as well. *edit to add* see their response? NO accountability. NO apology. Just claims of experience that are not at all valid in the work performed by the artist. Also, 5 years ago- I left a review here (still here under reviews) for 5 stars. So, I’m not just a “jaded” client w/ no experience with this exact location. This is the only location open under Owner Doris. Others have CLOSED. This is why!
Sep 26, 2025 I booked with this location for a lash lift and tint and eyebrow tint. I was nervous about the experience because it was my first time having my eyebrows done by anyone but myself. Checking in was easy. Gigi was my technician. She was very nice during the tint and lift. After finishing the eyebrow tint, I looked in the mirror and noticed multiple patches of my eyebrow did not have dye. She claimed that I didnt have hair there. I asked her if she could fix it and she said she could. The second time I looked at my eyebrows, she was able to fix the issue. I thanked her and went to check out. At the front desk I told the receptionist that I didnt like my eyebrows, but I loved my lash lift. It looks great. There was an issue with the price I thought I would be charged but I didnt mind paying after she explained my misunderstanding. Gigi came out and put a form on the desk with my name on it. On the note it said that I was being a "karen" about my eyelashes. I was very polite to her and simply asked for her to fix the places that were missed. Which is part of what Im paying for. I didnt complain to her or even ask her to do more than expected. I just wanted the missed spots to have color so my eyebrows didnt have gaps of dye in them. I asked the receptionist if your techs always write rude comments about your clients and she responded that I should not have read the paperwork. I told her I never once complained about the services. She said shes sorry I had to see that. I did ask to speak to someone in charge, which sounds like a karen, but I just wanted them to be aware of how the staff talks about their customers. I have worked in customer service for many years and always make it a point to be kind. Just because I asked for her to fix my eyebrows that were not completed, did not warrant the label. I hope that the other customers can be aware of the comments made on their "file" by your staff.
Jessenia is THE BEST lash stylist! I've been booking with her for years because she is so awesome. She really knows what looks best on me and her lash extensions stay on so well even when I'm traveling and running around like crazy. She has a light touch is a Master Stylist so the service is relaxing and done quickly. She is also just a super sweet person! I highly recommend booking with her.
Bad experience, left my nail appointment at the to rush to get to my appointment on time or else I’d be charged a late fee to the card I had on file, said I didn’t have enough lashes for a fill. Then told me they didn’t have time to do them that day even if I paid the fee on top of my membership. Lashes don’t last even if you shampoo them everyday and wear an eye pillow specifically to preserve your lashes. I’ve tried pretty much everything to get them to stay. Now I have no lashes and my nails are half done.
