I would recommend American Event Rentals for all your rental needs! They provided ceremony chairs, linens, cocktail tables and a tent for my wedding in May. Their customer service is top notch. I called the day before my wedding to get a tent because rain was in the forecast and they were able to provide me a tent and set up that same day. I felt so relieved going into my wedding day knowing I had the tent there if we needed it for the ceremony. We didn't need it for the ceremony but ended up adding a great place for guests to hang out and chat during the reception! Everything about the process was great and you can't go wrong with American Event Rentals!

2 years ago we rented a tent, tables & chairs for a grad party and had a perfect experience w/this company. Last weekend we used them again for another grad party. ANOTHER PERFECT EXPERIENCE! The office personnel were extremely friendly and helpful and the crew that showed up to set up the tent were as well. I will be recommending this company to anyone interested. Job well done.

We booked American Event Rentals (they were American Rent-All at the time) for our wedding which was at the end of September. They were to deliver linens, dishs and silverware to our wedding venue. They never showed up. Thankfully our Carter had plastic plates and our decorator had linens back at their studio. It was very disappointing to have this happen. We were willing to pay the prices for real China and for the colored linens we wanted. The coordinator and the owner of the venue called them many many times, on the emergency line which we later found out wasn't working. We never received a call with an explanation or an apology. But the owner of the venue did! That's the only reason we found out that the delivery driver never showed up for pick up. We proceeded to call the manager a few days later. He said he didn't have our number and he did apologize and gave us a full refund. So we are thankful we got our money back but still very disappointed that we didn't get to have those little touches at our wedding that we really wanted.

We were very very very very happy with American Rent All when we have recently used them to rent a tent, tables, chairs, heater, and linens for our 1 year old's birthday party. Brad and Brittinee are great at communication and pleasant to speak with even when you probably call and email a little too much. Lol. They respond fast and are overly helpful...on Brittinee's recommendations we went with a larger tent just in case more family/friends showed up that didn't RSVP which saved us! Renting all this equipment was a bit of a 'sticker shock' for me however it was all worth it to keep everyone warm in the middle of March for an outdoor event. We had around 80 parents and kids (apprx. 60 rsvp'ed) show up. We had a sit down early dinner buffet with dessert table, craft table, balloon setup, and play tents set up and we squeezed into a 30'x30' tent. Seating was long rectangle tables with a couple kid tables/low picnic tables for a Teddy Bear Picnic theme.
