If I could give this place 0 stars I would. On Monday December 8th around 7-9pm, I had a very disappointing experience at this hair shop. When I asked for help, the owner/sales associate was unhelpful when trying to find hair. He assumed I wanted cheap hair instead of listening that I wanted hair to match what I already had at home. He literally pointed to cheap bundles and basically said "get this" and just walked away instead of assisting me. I felt ignored and unwelcome and honestly think he was rude and racist. Customer service really needs improvement. I walked out and instead go to Hair and Beauty Supply YES. I got what I wanted and it's only 5 mins away from this horrible place and they ACTUALLY know hair and Hair and Beauty will help you find what you're looking for!

This place blew me away. I will definitely be coming here for my cosmetics and my wigs. I live nearby so it is super convenient and the prices are amazing and they have so much selection. I had so much fun in the store. Didn’t expect them to have so many different things that I would wanna buy here!

Sarah is absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and helpful in helping me pick the perfect style and length for my upcoming event. I truly had such a phenomenal experience this is hands down the only place in Dallas where I want to shop for my hair. The selection is incredible, the service is top-tier, and Sarah made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Best shopping experience ever! Highly recommend her! 💕✨

I’m new to the area so finding this beauty supply on Google has shown to be a good recommendation. The owners are helpful and I about their inventory. I mistakenly purchased different colors of tracks and the owner brought it to my attention but I didn’t pay attention. Later that day I realized what she said and went in for an exchange with no hassles at all. I showed my receipt and was in and out in no time. For sure my go to spot.

Absolutely love this place! I had such a great experience shopping! The store is super clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with all the beauty essentials I could ask for—from hair care and skincare to lashes, wigs, and hard-to-find products. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. One of the employees even helped me find the perfect shade of foundation and recommended a leave-in conditioner that’s now my go-to! You can tell they really care about their customers and know their products inside and out. Prices are reasonable, and they often have sales or deals that make it even better. Whether you're a beauty pro or just getting into self-care, this place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! 💄💅🏽✨
