The absolute best experience. Had clogged kitchen sink that was a bare after multiple DYI attempts prior to calling the PROFESSIONALS. Chris went the extra mile literally (30 feet of snaking the clog ! ) Never gave in nor up ! Actually had another RV tech prior to Chris come over and tell me “you should call a plumber…….” Anyway, mission accomplished! Hands down call Chris and his team !
I worked with Addie and Chris to get some warranty work done on my Airstream and they made the entire process so easy. Addie did a great job communicating with me on how everything was going and when Chris was coming out and I can’t say enough good things about Chris. He came out for the initial inspection to see what needed to be fixed and submitted it all to the warrant company. Once the parts came in he was back out to install them including a new AC, toilet and water heater circuit. Chris worked well into the evening ensuring everything was installed and working properly. Airstreams are not easy to work on but his knowledge and skills definitely shined. I hope nothing else breaks but if it does we will definitely be calling American Valor Mobile RV Services for help.
Awesome service all the way through the whole process! Addie was amazing coordinating and getting the parts ordered from Lippard quickly. She stayed involved throughout the process. Chris our RV technician was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and his maintenance skills were spot on. He even mentioned things to improve our Rv system. Honest and dependable people, I wish there were more like them out there.
Great local business in North San Antonio. They were good at communicating, were fair on pricing and on time. Will use again when needed. I had a soft start installed on our airstream so the air conditioner wouldn’t start so hard, run quieter and be more energy efficient. Thanks!
Addrienne and Chris were beyond helpful, responsive, and professional every step of the way. I reached out to three inspectors, and Addrienne was the only one who replied promptly, the others never responded. Thanks to their quick communication, I was able to book right away after a last-minute cancellation. The inspection report was incredibly detailed and thorough, and they took the time to answer all of my follow-up questions patiently, even though I have zero background with RVs. They identified several issues, including a visible hole in the fiberglass that the salesperson hadn’t even noticed, which gave me complete peace of mind when buying sight unseen. It was 1000% worth every penny, and I’m proud to support a veteran-owned business that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I couldn’t recommend American Valor RV more highly!
