Been a league bowler here since my lanes closed last year and everytime I think I couldn't be more disappointed by the service, they amaze me. Want a drink or food? The diner crumbles under the pressure of 2 people in line. They dont honor the hours on the door. Their new hours for Sunday are 12 noon to 12 midnight on Sundays. Previously they were opened at 11 on Sundays and I would be able to prebowl before work if I needed to. I did so 2 weeks prior to this review. This isn't an issue, a business is able to change their hours. However when I see this sign on the door and plan to go after work and they say they close at 9 when I called, this leaves for room for very just frustration. I love to bowl and the service these lanes have provided is driving me away from the sport/hobby.
Waited a while at the check in counter. When the lady finally came over I told her I had a reservation and she rolled her eyes and said “she would try and find some lanes”. Again…we had a RESERVATION and paid ahead of time. For $30 a person (including kids) it was a less than desirable experience. People took the tables in our lanes so we had no place to sit. Bathrooms were dirty and had no soap and the balls were pretty gross as well. We really wanted to like this place because it’s close to our house and my 3 year old loves to bowl but unfortunately we won’t be going back here. I recommend another location.
I love this place. Excellent environment to come in for an excellent bowling experience and if you're like me, brush up on your pool game. Fantastic and spacious billiard room with plenty of tables that are excellently maintained. Brought may game up a whole skill level. Staff always friendly and accommodating, and that Ann is a real gem!
I went here two weeks ago and I had a flat tire. My phone died and this was the closest place off the beltway for me to pull up safely. Brie & Kacey (I think this was the second girl’s name) were so hospitable, kind and helpful. Brie greeted me immediately and I told her my situation and that I called roadside right before my phone died. She charged my phone and kept checking on me even while closing up and multitasking. Kacey offered me water and checked on me too. The atmosphere in there was so energetic and fun w groups of bowlers that interacted like family. It was the the show Cheers just w bowling lol. So grateful I ended up there!
Hello Hunny Bees!! 🌻🐝 👑 💛💕It's your girl Hunny back with a review of another local small business. You know your girl is big on customer service. There is no warm greeting from the front desk or the patrons. We get our shoes and go order some food. The young lady behind the counter looked me straight in the eyes didn't speak and kept doing what she was doing. A gentleman comes I greet him first and that's when I get a greeting and he takes my order. I leave a tip and go to our lanes. We are put in lane 37 all the way to back and there were other free lanes closer to the door I will say this the colored were to the far right at the end and the whites were on the other side. Either way I can have a good time because I am the life wherever I go 🥳. Me and my family had a good time🥰. The parking is plenty. The bathroom is clean but no paper towels for your hands and the dryer doesn't work. The lanes kept sticking and the lady kept breathing hard when we needed her help 🙄😒I felt safe for the most part 🫣. We ordered the Sampler Appetizers platter 😋 it was good. Anywho check them out it okay.
