Long Beach Facility Very unprofessional, waited in hallway(with a broken foot) along with 5 others who were all scheduled for the same time slot, until time of appointment. Then entered into a very dirty, dilapidated office too small to hold those waiting. Personnel were unprofessionally dressed, not trained properly (I had to tell the assistant you can't put the blood pressure cuff around my elbow to take my blood pressure). Exam room had only 2 bottles of Lysol spray on a rusty metal tray out in the open, a sink, paper towels, NO soap, no equipment. Waited 45 minutes beyond appointment time and still wasn't seen. I informed them at this point I wasn't comfortable receiving any type of service there and left.

I’ve been visiting this chiropractor office for a while now, and I have to say Janna is absolutely amazing. She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always makes sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Her attitude, patience, and attention to detail really stand out. Blanca is also great — super friendly, organized, and always welcoming. She keeps everything running smoothly and treats everyone with respect and kindness. Overall, the office has an excellent team, and Janna and Blanca make the experience top-notch. Highly recommended! 🙌🏼

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The doctor was great and very knowledgeable. The massage therapy was absolutely wonderful! Though I am so in quite some pain from my injury, my body felt such a relief from my first visit. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

The staff at the Anaheim location is amazing! They are so welcoming, friendly, explaining procedures to you , give you reminders of your appointments, smiling always. The office is always clean, they never having you waiting long. You can see that they care about their patients and love what they do. I would definitely recommend them. They were more than five stars !
