My dog Koa has been going to Andrews Pack since he was 6 months old, and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited every time we pull up for doggy daycare. The hours are super convenient and work perfectly with my schedule. The staff is amazing—especially Uncle Ryan. He and Koa are best buddies, and I can tell how much they genuinely care for the dogs. It’s such a relief knowing Koa is in good hands and having a blast. I definitely recommend Andrews Pack to any dog parent looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment!

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent incident involving my dog Kash at your daycare facility. It has come to my attention that my dog was mishandled while under your care, and I am extremely troubled by this news. As a pet owner, I entrust my dog's well-being to your establishment with the expectation that they will be treated with the utmost care and respect. However, learning that my dog was not handled properly is both distressing and unacceptable. Dogs are vulnerable creatures who rely on us to provide them with a safe and nurturing environment, and it is disheartening to know that this trust was violated. It is imperative that all staff members are properly trained in handling and caring for dogs, and that strict protocols are in place to prevent any mistreatment or negligence this was the second time he was attacked and this time the men were shaking him up kicking the dogs just nasty I’m pressing charges they need cameras in there ether on here lying because they can’t see what goes on when they walk away be careful leaving your dogs alone with the men of the daycare !!!!!!
