I love this shop!! Although im taking the time to review, bcs is not the 2nd nor 3rd time, that i go to the shop in George st. and the staff are super rude, the girls at the till live fed up (is not customer's problem) always with not even a goodbye at the till, ive been unlucky that more than once in the changing room they are nice to everyone except my turn, i asked the girl to help me get another size (i was on my own & there was no queue waiting) and said "atm she could not leave the spot", then change your policy and make it clear. They just make it uncomfortable, be kind to everyone girls, or just dont be awkward to customers...
When trying to check out a staff member behind the till refused to serve me because they were "not on till and too busy". Fair enough but they then wandered around the shop floor cooing after fashionably dressed female customers, asking if there was anything she could help them with. I got the impression I was unworthy to be a customer her establishment.
Love this shop and their clothes, staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t rate it highly enough
Extremely polite and helpful staff - kindly offered to take my items to the fitting room to free my hands, accommodated my son by offering space for him to sit down while I was trying things on, and provided useful advice, grounding me in my decision regarding the dress I purchased. For once, I wasn't asked where I was from and marked as the 'Other'. Thank you!
Das ist mein Lieblingsgeschäft in Edinburgh, das muss ich sagen. Die Gestaltung des Ladens ändert sich ziemlich oft, und das lässt dich immer wieder hingehen, um zu sehen, was neu ist. Ich liebe es, dass sie so kreativ sind, und sie haben auch nette Workshops oder Wettbewerbe, die stattfinden. Ihre Tassen und Teller sind so einzigartig und eigenartig. Natürlich musste ich mir ein paar davon kaufen. Wenn du etwas Inspiration brauchst, würde ich dir empfehlen, dort vorbeizuschauen – sei es für Inneneinrichtung, Kleidung oder Accessoires. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder hinzuzugehen!
