The inventory and layout are exactly what you would expect from an antique mall with many vendors. Unfortunately, I have to echo some of the less favorable reviews regarding the staff. One employee was sweet and helpful, while another made me feel genuinely unwelcome. I am not sure what prompted the attitude. Whatever the reason, the interaction felt uncomfortable and judgmental. I decided not to make a purchase here.
Still the awesomest antique mall in Arizona. I love that there’s a mix of boots, clothes, hats, vinyl, comic book, military stuff, furniture, collectibles, etc etc. I always find something here. Staff is very helpful. If you want something from a case, it’s easy to get them to help you.
Stopped by today, the parking lot is horrible! My sister is visibly disabled, and I was concerned she would take a fall as the parking lot is in deplorable condition. Cracks, potholes, loose black top. Once inside the store, it is cramped, hard to maneuver, aisles are small, and again, cramped. I had a cashier wait on me, after she was done complaining about, She is one person and can only do so much. It took forever for her to do her job, and give me my change, purchase was 8.65, and I gave her a 10.00 bill. I got the feeling she didn't know how. Handicapped parking is inadequate at best, very limited and usually taken up by vendors, leaving none for customers. I have shopped here off and on since 1993, but after today's experience, I will choose to go to a store that has better and more friendly parking. Your parking lot is very definitely a safety hazard, for not just visibility impaired customers, but, all customers as well as a safety hazard to the vehicles as well.
I have wanted to stop by for a long time, but I am never in the area at the right time. Today I found exactly what I was looking for, plus enjoyed walking around and seeing all of the amazing antiques. There are very good quality finds here!
So Much to see here at The Trove. Been stopping by since 2012. YOU'RE bound to find a great deal on home goods or just cool stuff you enjoy collecting. There's a Variety of everything from post cards, antique lamps, household goods, clothing, etc. I had purchased a wooden caddy, back in 2013, it's still in Great shape, & serves it's purpose. Recently purchased some postcards and jewelery. Make sure you wear your cozy shoes, you'll get your steps here.
