For being in the middle of Broadway this place is still a pretty great experience. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. They have assisted with product purchase but also trouble shooting or fixing issues Ive encountered with my Apple products to my great satisfaction.
We had the best experience at this Apple store in Nashville. My husband walked away with an Apple Watch Ultra 3. It is awesome and he is very happy with his new watch.
Not a great location if you are looking to go downtown. Took about 2 hours to navigate traffic back to the hotel on Friday night. Good rooms. Very nice design Front desk staff was excellent
I never write reviews, but I HAD to for Yo at the Apple Store in Nashville. My phone completely died while I was traveling, and I was honestly panicking, being younger, in another city, with no phone… not fun. Yo stepped in and was a lifesaver. She was patient, calm, and kind, and actually made me feel safe when the whole situation felt overwhelming. Employees like her are rare. She treated me in a way most stores wouldn’t, she went above and beyond, explained everything clearly, and genuinely advocated for me. She went to lengths for me that I’ll always be grateful for. Apple: she absolutely NEEDS to be promoted. She is the kind of person who represents the brand at its best and makes people trust the company even more. Yo, if you’re reading this: sorry this review is late 😂 but thank you again. You truly saved my trip, and I’ll never forget it. 💛
Went in here for the first time so my wife could buy a new Apple Watch and upgrade to her V2 watch. The service was excellent, our Apple sales assistant was very nice and very knowledgeable and informed is we could trade in her old watch, which we had no idea was possible. She quickly asked questions about what we wanted and suggested the perfect device. We've been to the Green Hills location several times and this was by far the best customer experience. The store also has a great view right off Broadway across from Bridgestone Arena!
