We approached Mike thinking we knew what we wanted in our re-model project and boy we found that we needed the wonderful tips that Mike and his staff suggested. He asked questions and probed into what we wanted in our project. His suggestions helped us arrive at a finished project that we just love. Mike and his staff suggested options that were always respectful of the budget.
Mike and his team were very helpful in helping the design and permitting of my ADU in midtown, and they introduced me to Dahersa construction and Fabian who were amazing in building the place, overall very happy with the results.
My wife and I reached out to Mike to enlist him and his team to lead with designing, putting together a permit package, and permit submittal and approval of our ADU garage conversion. Being first-time owner-builders, Mike and Dane were very helpful and very patient with our questions throughout the entire process, so much so that my wife and I believe that permitting and construction would have been more challenging and taken longer without their guidance. If you are fortunate enough to have Mike and his team on your roster, you can rest assured that you are in great hands.
Mike and his team created the plans for our basement dig-out and remodel. Our home is over 110 years old and in Midtown. The project was tricky! Everyone was extremely helpful, thorough, and professional. We felt like we were in good hands the entire way through! The city permit employees, inspectors, and contractors all had wonderful things to say about Applied Architects, which made permits and inspections much easier! They recommended a great construction company, Greensource, and after 10 months we are in our new rebuilt home! We will absolutely be using them again for our kitchen remodel!
