Clay was the representative who came to our home for the pest treatment. He was very professional in his work. I appreciated that he took time to discuss any particular concerns we had and the best way to take care of all concerns. He was careful and thorough with his treatments of our property.
Jamyree did an excellent job: he was very thorough, taking his time to make sure that he treated all applicable exterior areas around my house. He then sent follow-up pictures to show his work. In addition, Jamyree had impeccable manners. I have used Aptive Pest Control for the past few years and highly recommend both the company and Jamyree.
Jeremy was wonderful! Texted when he expected to arrive, arrived promptly, communicated before and after and sent photos after he finished the inspection. He gets a 10 out of 10!!!
Great customer service- I requested a quote and received a call back within 2 hours. My tech, Dave, was awesome. Informed me of everything he was going to do, took pictures of the outside fixes, and made sure there was nothing else needed before he left. Highly recommend
Called them last month to treat invasive lantern flies which only worked temporarily. Now they came back worse than ever. We have a full infestation/swarm. The person on the phone said they won't come to treat for 6 days. Unacceptable length of time when we are paying a monthly subscription. The worst part is they charge a $200 cancellation fee so you can't switch to another company that promises same day service. Don't be peer pressured to sign up by the door salesman like I was. Do your research.
