Arcave Room is a very nice to host an event. My son had a great time with his friends. All of my guests were happy with the place they loved it. Dina was very nice to set up a tour for me to see the place in person. Booking the venue was easy and fast. All of my questions were answered and also there were also couple of suggestions to consider. Allan, was very nice the day of the celebration.He was very friendly with everyone and what I liked that he was constantly Checking to make sure everything was running smoothly. The background music was perfect. Arcave room is a great place to have your event, very intimate place just for you party. Thank you, Dina and Allan for a great customer service and professionalism. We all had a great evening 😃
We just celebrated our son's 7th birthday at Arcave this past week with his school classmates and it was an incredible experience. They allow for unlimited game play during your time, cake cutting is included and the atmosphere was very thrilling for both parents and kids. Dina was very accommodating during the party and Alen was very helpful during the preparation period. If you come across this venue, don't hesitate. It's worth every penny. Thank you, Arcave team!
We celebrated our little cousin’s birthday here, and it couldn’t have gone better! From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly. The staff were super friendly, patient, and really great with the kids. Setup and cleanup were effortless, which made things stress-free for everyone. The arcade was bright, clean, and filled with tons of exciting games that kept both the kids and adults entertained. We were able to bring our own decorations and snacks, which added a nice personal touch. Overall, it was an amazing experience — definitely a place we’d recommend for a fun and easy birthday celebration!
OMG! Just got done having my Son's 12th Birthday party at Arcave Room and this place is AMAZING! If you want a location that has very attentive staff; is clean and well-kept, and has something for *everyone*, that will ensure the adults have as much fun as the kids than this is the place! They have contemporary games for the kiddos, and a huge variety of retro arcade games that all of us middle aged folks know well and that we grew up on! They even allow you the option to bring your own food , and still act as impeccable and extremely attentive caring hosts. I think we'll be celebrating my 43rd Birthday here this year as well! Best choice we've ever made for my Son's birthday party.
We hosted my son’s 10th birthday party at Arcave. This is the third time at Arcave. Always great customer service and all the games and facilities kept our guests entertained and happy. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. We love the decor and look forward to hosting another event in the future.
