Francisco Matos helped us with a duplex renovation to a 4 units in San Francisco. This project required extensive knowledge of the San Francisco building code. His advice was spot on and he helped us pass through all manner of obstacles to achieve the best result for our project. I had a complex project involving a 2-bed 2-bath new story addition including roofdeck a that Architects SF helped me skillfully navigate in the city of San Francisco. The team at Architects SF is patient, works worked with my requirements, and provided very good feedback on the best path forward. They understand the code incredibly well and know how to operate with the department of building inspection. It's hard to capture all the work that was done but you can get a sense of the quality just by looking at the new bathrooms (one of which included a steam shower).
