I've been bringing my pup to Arctic Tails by the recommendation of friend since she was just 4 months old (she's now a year old)! I trust them when I have long travels and need to board her, and try to take her at least twice a month for daycare because she loves it so much. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, and you can tell they really care about what they're doing. They've even gone above and beyond when my pup wasn't feeling well when I had to travel, and made to sure to care for her and keep me updated. I've noticed it has been super helpful for my pup's behavior as well! Not only does she get her energy out and is learning how to socialize with other pups, but they also work on basic skills which is awesome. Now, every time I pull into the parking lot of Arctic Tails, my pup is literally so excited and can't wait to get inside!!!

We have been using the Arctic Tails daycare and boarding for 2 years for our PWD Tasha. The staff care both at daycare and boarding is loving, competent and you can tell this is their calling. I especially like to shoutout the way they proactively address any anxieties or stresses both nutritionally and with nighttime comforts. We are a customer for life.

My dog has been coming to Arctic Tails for almost a year now. she tends to be a little bit shy and timid when it comes to playing with friends, but the staff do a wonderful job of making her feel comfortable and realize how fun daycare can be. The owners are wonderful people who are very understanding when it comes to situations with the dogs and parents as well which I am very grateful for and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare!😊

My two dogs have been going to Arctic Tails for about two years now and they absolutely thrive there. This daycare has a strict schedule that provides activities including playtime, enrichment, and recall practice. I’ve noticed steady improvement with both of my dogs behavior and recall with the time they have been going to Arctic Tails. They burn their energy out while getting to socialize and play safely with others under great supervision by the amazing staff. Ben and Sierra are the owners of Arctic tails and getting to know the both of them you can see they are both dedicated and compassionate about what they do. They love our dogs and are always leaping to help if needed. The environment is uplifting with the amount of love the staff show towards the dogs. I will always recommend Arctic Tails for daycare and boarding.

Our Whippet Jorah absolutely LOVES Arctic Tails! She's been going since she was around 16 weeks and has been socialized beautifully with all other dogs. Ben and his team are very caring and have honed Jorah's behaviours and manners very nicely. I wouldn't send her anywhere else!
