Been going here for years and I have to say all other Japanese steak houses doing compare to this one. Only thing negative I hate is the sushi bar is never open but otherwise great food and drinks

Overall, just average. The hibachi seafood selections were good, but the other proteins (steak, chicken) were very lacking in flavor. Drove from Durham to the Greensboro location. Not worth taking the drive again when I can get average hibachi locally.

My family and i were here on St Patrick’s day, our cook had a bugger in his nose that we noticed as soon as he started confirming our order, we politely let him know, he wiped his nose with the back of his hand & then pulled up his mask, then during our meal we found hair in the rice, so we voiced that concern, we told them we simply wanted the rice remade & the female manager offered a discount, i took my 3 yr old to the women’s bathroom, where we found period blood smeared on the toilet, upon leaving I questioned the bill & the female waitress lied to me about the total amount necessary to pay so they’d get a tip, we did not get our discount, then i called back the next day to express my concerns of the restaurant sanitation and the employees hygiene both over the phone & during out visit the night before neither manager seemed to fully care about these concerns, but instead treated us as if we were the problem, in fact the manager i spoke with on the phone lied & said the manager from the night before wasn't there but somehow she & i ended up on the phone together within minutes of calling voicing my concerns.
