Exceptional experience! I am one of those people who has a guy who can help me with just about anything. It’s just my luck that 2 of my AC peeps were unavailable and the one other person that was, couldn’t be here for about a week. This company moved some things around to make sure we weren’t baking in this Texas summer longer than needed. I loathe big AC companies because they take advantage of anyone they can. All of the reviews that say they make you feel like family are legit. I even had one of my people on the phone, to be safe, while everything was explained and I was told they were correct and very fair in their pricing. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a company that will be honest and up front. Special shout out to Robert for being a rockstar technician and making me feel like a friend!
10 stars if I could! My 80yo mom's compressor crashed. Her AC company, who put a whole new system in 4 yrs ago, came out to assess. Compressor was still under warranty and that company (A1) wanted $4000 in LABOR. I stepped in and called Ted at Arlington AC & Heat at 540pm. He listened and sent Bob over that evening to verify it was the compressor and said $4k was way over priced. Long story, AAC/H put in a new compressor for a FAIR price for my mom and she's back to being cool! If it wasn't for Ted and Bob's empathy and compassion, my mom would've paid the money. These guys were terrific to work with and bottom line is, they are understanding, fair, and honest! They will service my mind AC/Heat from now on! Call them, you will be treated with care!
