I just moved to Chicago and decided to try this salon based on location and the number of positive reviews. I'm very lucky to have found a great stylist on my first try—Kara is a great listener and she recommended a new shampoo after I told her I was having trouble with the hard water. I have straight, fine hair, and Kara is very precise with my cut, and takes her time. I would highly recommend trying Arsova, which is beautiful and clean. Their online appointment system is very easy to use, too.
I’ve been going to Arsova for ~2 years now to get my hair done with Blake. He really is a master at his craft and always takes his time to execute my hair perfectly. My hair has never been stronger & it grows out beautifully each time. 10/10 recommend.
Keith is incredibly understanding and an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure you’re happy with the final result. I’ve always struggled to find a colorist who truly understands Asian hair without leaving it brassy or orange, but Keith exceeded every expectation. He transformed my brassy blonde ombré into the richest, healthiest chocolate brown—exactly what I’d hoped for and more. Even my husband commented that it’s the healthiest my hair has ever looked. I couldn’t be happier, and I’ll definitely be returning to see Keith every quarter.
Jena is amazing!! As a blonde I trust very few hairstylists but Jena is phenomenal and always meets my hair goals! This past year I also started getting sew in weft extensions and couldn’t be happier. She walked me through the process, matched my hair color, and taught me all there is to know about taking care of the hair post appointment. I would highly recommend Jena- you and your hair won’t be disappointed 🤍
It was my first time in the salon and I had an AMAZING experience with Aleah. I had a consultation on a glaze and got a bob haircut. Aleah knew exactly how to shape my hair to add texture and add face framing. She also gave me a complimentary nourishing hair treatment that targets the hair follicle(head massage was super relaxing) and left my hair feeling super soft. After the cut, she blow dried and styled me with waves. I’m in love with the fresh look! Definitely will come back for a glaze and cut in the future.
