This is a great concept but unfortunately our experience was not the best due to lack of staff and lack of organization. We spent a lot of time standing around without direction due to a definite lack of staff which felt very awkward and confusing (the staff were great, once you got somebody, there just weren’t enough of them and this is an issue with management not staff themselves)… the business definitely needs one dedicated person to greet and check folks in at the front, a second dedicated to taking food and drink orders, and at least 2 - 3 people only for herding patrons and restocking paint colours and canvases. There were many frustrated patrons which didn’t help the vibe and no music playing either made it all just a bit overstimulating. I felt like I would have had WAY more fun with my date had it been better organized, but otherwise 90% of the time the place had zero staff on the floor and it was impossible to get their attention or clues on how things worked when we arrived, it was kind of luck of the draw that we got to a table at all. The actual process was fun though and I’m happy with our creations! I understand Saturday afternoons are very busy but management should take this into account especially given the space’s popularity!

Creative process in a very smooth setting. As fun for the kids as it is for the adults. Our kids from 7 to 10 really enjoyed this activity. Another plus side - minimalistic bar service, some snacks as well as card and board games while you wait for your painting to dry.

Had such a fun time at the spin art activity in Art Chaos! 🎨 Made two canvases and they turned out absolutely beautiful. The space also has a cozy little spot for beverages, and we loved being able to relax and enjoy some board games afterwards. Perfect mix of creativity and chill vibes—highly recommend! 💫

Loved the experience. The staff were very welcoming and informative. The experience was fun and delightful, even just watching others make their art and watching their technique was fun. Looks like it would be a fun place to work. Was a wonderful use on the Montreal pass which gets you a canvas and an hour to create. There was street parking and parking conviently located and also close to bus routes. While you wait for your paint to dry you can enjoy a drink from their bar, have a snack or play a couple arcade games. Also close to lots of shops and restaurants so you could maybe go for a walk and enjoy another local place.
