Absolutely amazing experience with Art From the Heart! I hosted my birthday celebration here recently with 15+ of my girlfriends, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better time. Our instructor, Baylei, was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive throughout the entire class. She took her time explaining each step, shared great tips along the way, and made sure everyone felt supported. She even walked around the room to ensure those at the back received just as much attention as everyone else. The studio itself was cozy, beautiful, and welcoming—such a perfect setting for a private celebration. I honestly can’t rave enough about this place. My girlfriends are already talking about coming back! Thank you, Art From the Heart, for creating such a memorable and special birthday experience and for giving us the opportunity to share this fun, creative night together in such a warm and loving space. 💖

Love love love doing paint nights with friends here! It is such a fun atmosphere and all the options for paintings are so cute it’s hard to pick which night to do! All the teachers are amazing but Bay is by far my favourite, her talent is beyond. She is so helpful and makes you feel so comfortable if your skills are not great like mine. My paintings always end up coming out better then I expected where she’s there to help! Truly one of my favourite girls nights, can’t wait to go again

I did a paint night with a couple friends 5 years ago and this Saturday I booked a private event for my 30th with 15 friends and it was amazing. Maria is super accommodating for private events and the process was seamless. The event itself was so much fun, Ruvè was our instructor and she was the sweetest. She was so patient with us and made it so easy as most of us had little to none painting experience. Everyone really enjoyed their time and said they would do it again.

As part of its summer series with the West End BIA, Art From The Heart has been hosting “Paint At The Plaza” - a 2-hour painting workshop (6-8pm) at the outdoor Jim Deva Plaza. Registration is free, but act fast once it opens since there are only 16 spots available! For our workshop, we painted a nightscape with a gradient sky, mountains, and the moon. Art From The Heart provided step-by-step instructions, in addition to a canvas, paint, easel, brushes, and palettes. Smocks are not provided. Each table was in the shade and sat two people. Our instructors were very encouraging and helpful, coming around to provide advice, paper towels, and more paint as needed. They also kindly handled cleanup, though the nearby Circle K was available to wash our hands. All in all, it made for a very fun and relaxing night! I love that this event provides everyone, beginner or not, to explore their creativity while being outdoors.

10/10 experience, highly recommended for anyone!!! Art From The Heart is an AMAZING experience to share with your friends, for a date night, even by yourself really (very fun environment that you could easily make friends). Me and my friends went to two different Halloween themed paint nights and we all had so much fun both times. None of us were experienced painters, but Maria's teaching style allowed us to paint something we were all proud of – very easy for even beginners to get the hang of with her guidance throughout the night. The studio was decorated beautifully, there was fun music playing, and she even had wine and beer available for us to buy. Will definitely be going back, thank you!
