William/Bill Malan is the absolute best. He is so respectful and should train every other man in the service industry on how to make a woman who is home alone feel comfortable and at ease opening the door for a man. I highly recommend him, and Aruza for anyone needing their services.

Called to schedule an inspection. Aruza gave me a date of the 16th and a time between 2p-4p. I made arrangements to take off to be at the appointment. The day of the appointment came and around 3:50p I asked if anyone was coming? I was told that the appointment was scheduled for the 17th which was the following day between 2p-4p. I explained that I had text messages confirming the 16th but was told "unfortunately it would be the 17th" Fast forward to the 17th, I made arrangements to take off again, around 3:36p I called to see if anyone was coming and was told that they would call the technician and placed me on a brief hold only to come back to tell me the technician had an emergency and wouldn't be able to make it after me having to take time off work TWICE! There was no let me see if we can get someone nothing!

Tony McCray is really awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable about all the services Aruza has to offer. Great service at a great value. Anytime we had any issues they were addressed really quick.
