Dave and his team have been great. My dealership highly recommended a few items to be replaced on my vehicle. It was about a $2,000 invoice, so I found Atlanta Care Care to get another opinion. From the get-go, Patrick and Dave were transparent about what was needed and what could be held off for another year or so. Their prices were competitive and the team was kind. As a single mom who only needs her vehicle to get from point A to B, I appreciated their expertise, honesty, and care. I'll be back to get more work done to my car.
Very friendly and knowledgeable folks. Diagnosed the issue with my daughter’s vehicle. Repaired right the first time. I also liked the communication with us, a detailed explanation and estimate of the repairs was texted to us. We we able to chose from several different payment options, cash, card, affirm. We chose Klarna, got the approval and the payment was sent directly to the shop. Easy peasy. Thank you Patrick and the team at Atlanta Car Care.
I had the pleasure of using Atlanta Car Care's services about a week ago, and it was such a quick, seamless, and satisfying experience. There was an ongoing electrical issue with my vehicle that had lasted a year with no one really understanding how to help. Not only did Patrick and team resolve my electrical issue but they went ahead and addressed the issues with my tire pressure as well. Patrick was nice both times I spoke with him on the phone and the in person experience was just as pleasurable. The Lyft driver I used to get back to his shop was his customer as well and had nothing but great things to say about Atlanta Car Care. He's running a great business over there and I would 100% recommend anyone to go there for their services. Thank you Patrick and the Atlanta Car Care team, I appreciate all your help!
My go-to mechanic for car repairs! Waited a little too long to bring my vehicle in and within 48 hours they’d gotten it back to me running smoothly with no issues and at a fair price too! Very communicative, prompt, and informative- would highly recommend them if you’re needing work on your car!
