Steve was on time, discussed my issues with me, and came up with a great plan to move forward. Yeah, it’s pricey, but good service ain’t always cheap. We still have to implement the plan, so this review is still in progress.
An unexpected wind knocked our awning off track! I found Steven online in Santa Rosa and contacted him three days before Christmas. He was quick to respond, knew the problem, asked for a photo and ordered the parts! He ordered the parts based on my photos. He was excellent in his communications via text messages, keeping me updated on the delivery of parts and scheduled an appointment! He arrived within his scheduled time. Although the sun set earlier than expected, he returned early the next day to finish the job! He completed the job with an excellent result! Totally satisfied and I’d recommend Steven without reservation! Total satisfaction with reasonable and acceptable rates! I highly recommend Steven! Thanks, Steven
Steven did a great job in conducting the RV inspection for a possible purchase being very thorough and professional. He saved us thousands of dollars finding many malfunctions and repair work needed to be done on a 2020 RV which we thought didn't need any fixing. We ended up not buying the unit and glad we didn't. Steven spent time with us explaining all the issues and was always willing to help us understand what we would be getting into. His rates are priced well for a certified NRVIA inspector and it will be money well spent to avoid any surprises when you find the right RV to buy.
Very prompt service, same day! No hidden fees. My problem was fixed 100% to my satisfaction at thr spot where my rig is parked. Steve was very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. Highly recommend!
I very rarely find myself in a position to be so impressed with the quality of service from a business, that I would want to not only take the time to do so but also give them 5 stars! Atlas RV checked all the boxes that I expect: Promptly contacted me to schedule the services I needed. Lexi does their scheduling and she is very professional. I no sooner hung up the phone, she texted me the schedule...2 days before I was scheduled I received a reminder stating the time Stephen would arrive....both times he came he texted me stating he was on his way and always prompt. I was very pleased with his work . His prices are fair and I felt he is an honest business man!! I have a 42ft 5th wheel and I will be giving Atlas RV ll of my business going forward.
