Rok and his team are the absolute real deal. They are so laid back , but extremely knowledgeable and professional . They are more than reasonably priced, he has items for sale but he will also install items you have purchased yourself and install them for a price that won't break the bank. Rok and his team installed a touch screen and an automatic start in only a few hours. I would book in advance as they are quite busy. But I will absolutely be coming back for future installs. Thank you so much again.

I have to give this establishment a review and a shoutout to the owner, I purchased a remote start from this establishment in 2013 as a xmas gift from the wife to go along with my new 2013 f150, recently in summer of 2025 it failed to start up the truck, I figured the lifespan of the remote starter came to an end, but before that I replaced the batteries on both remotes hoping that was the fix but with no success. As winter mornings grew colder and I had a stretch of holiday vacation from work, I reached out to Audio Design and talked to the owner hoping he could replace something in the current remote system or if need be make an appointment to install a new one. To make long story short the owner was friendly and professional on phone and asked if I could swing by to have him or a technician take a look at it. Next day I went by early in morning and the owner was there and automatically knew the problem as he hopped in the truck and turned the key, the system had gone into safety mode, which can happen if there is a voltage spike, sometimes from jumping the battery or a low voltage battery, he did his little reprogram dance turn the key so many times and magic the remote works again, I want to thank him after 12 years for taking his valuable time and looking into it and fixing it, not being a shady owner like so many others out there and try to squeeze me for another system, just a handshake when I asked how much I owed him. God bless you and I really appreciate the friendly professional that you showed an old customer and definitely a future customer when that day comes.

Rock, along with his staff, went above and beyond when they installed my JL Audio HO112-W6v3. This install sounds loads better than my previous installI at a different shop. I could not be any happier with the installation, how they tuned everything, and how they installed an extra cable for another bass control knob. I called about every damn shop in RI and beyond happy that I chose Audio Dezign. I’ll always be recommending them.

Awesome business. Stands behind their work 1000%. Had an issue with tints on my truck and they replaced them under warranty, seven years after install. Can't say enough about how great Audio Dezign is!

Rock and his staff did an installation of a Viofo A229 Pro Dash Cam on our 2025 Toyota Camry SE. They were very professional, accommodating, and reasonable! I will definitely entrust them for any future installations!!
