I’ve taken multiple vehicles here to get audio work done to them. Super happy with my experience each time and Peter is one of the best in the business for auto, residential, and business installations.
Peter at Audio Masters has been great to work with. I took our Cadillac SRX to him on 2 separate occasions in the last 12 months. Once for a QUE screen replacement and the 2nd time for a back up camera replacement. The camera install required him to customize the fitting. Both repairs were flawlessly executed and I saved over $1000 by NOT going to Cadillac for the repairs. So, my experiences were professional, personable and money well spent. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this shop.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was recommended a guy who works here by a social friend. I paid $200 for the whole car to be tinted 20% ceramic. Took him all day to work on the car which seems outrageous for tint. The job came out poorly with trash still under the tint, and a lot of air bubbles. The trimming of the tint is also terrible and uneven. They use torches from what he told me ,cause he ended up burning and melting my window visor. He told me he had no choice but to do that since it was in the way. You would think he would call or text to let me know it’s in the way. I would have been fine if he removed it, instead of melting it. He didn’t have enough material to do the front windshield so he told me next week from when I got it worked on, to bring it in so he can install it. I have messaged him numerous times and no response. He ended up blocking my number and Instagram account. I assume I was getting a deal on the price cause he got recommended from his friend. I can’t imagine paying more than $200 for a terrible tint job like this. I would never recommend anyone to go here and get any work done from them!
I have had at least 2 systems installed by this business location. Both times they provided the service and parts that were expected as well as assistance with a few details after installation. There was no damage to the interior or exterior of vehicle that I saw. There was a screw stuck in my tire but luckily it was new and had plenty of tread to block it from puncturing. They answer the phone and questions without frustration. Not much more to say other than they provide a reasonable price, use quality materials, and have never damaged the vehicle or had a faulty installation. You get what you pay for.
Worked with me through COViD parts shortage and gave me more assistance then required with ordering,installing, and troubleshooting new headlight assembly for my Civic. Their staff is great in particular Adam and Peter.
