I had a fabulous experience today with my first ever massage and it was amazing! Fran was so lovely and left me feeling veryyy relaxed and more comfortable in my body. Her touch was tentative, deep and skilled. I’m really grateful and appreciative for this experience. Thank you Fran

Am I the only one who finds the counter staff quite cold—almost unpleasant? I’ve never found them particularly friendly on any of my visits, which is why I felt compelled to write a review. When I walked in today to buy a gift voucher and said “Good morning,” there were no smiles, just a blunt, “Do you have an appointment?” After completing the purchase, I was met with an equally cold, “Do you want to buy a gift bag for 60 pence?” Given the nature of the business, I would recommend having a more personable member(s) of staff at the front desk. First impressions do last I can only hope the spa treatment itself is more pleasant.

Chloe was my therapist and she is such a lovely lady. Very friendly and very professional. Did everything exactly how I like and I can highly recommend her. She made my appointment fly by and waxing was very comfortable. Great experience. Thanks.
