I had the loveliest appointment with Alanna looking for my wedding ring. Unlike the previous jewellers I’d been to, I felt like Alanna was really listening to what I wanted. She brought out such gorgeous rings that it actually made the decision so hard. It genuinely felt like I was shopping with a friend and not just another sales appointment. Would highly recommend if you want a highly professional process that’s still really personal.
Hayley was absolutely amazing in helping me and my partner choose the perfect engagement ring. She covered everything from start to finish, explained all our options clearly, and made the whole experience feel easy and special. So my experience with Austin and Blake was I have found my new jeweler!! I just bought and engagement ring upgrade for my wife (two carat radiant cut with the Lily Rose gold band) and ordering online was absolutely a breeze! I picked out my specific diamond complete with its own video and then choose the Lily side stone band which is just gorgeous itself. They promised they could get it to me before Christmas and I'm sold. A week later they send me an email letting me know that the diamond I had chose had been sold that they had to get me something different. A promise that it would be just as good or better and when I received it OHH BOOYY!! It was higher grade and clarity FOR SAME PRICE!? I'm just a regular Dad, my wife and whole family is blown away at the beauty of this ring! It has been an absolute memorable experience from beginning to end. Thank you Jain Family for bringing us Austin and Blake and that customer service!!
Awful quality of jewellery and customer service. Under a year of buying my ring the claw had broke so I sent it back to them to fix and they had to re make the entire ring. They then sent the new ring to a wrong address in a different country and couldn’t get it back before it was too late as they didn’t respond to calls or emails from me when I told them that wasn’t my current address. So I now had lost that ring. They re made a new one (again) which the carat size was smaller than the original so I had to ask for it to be the same as the original which they did give me a new one slightly bigger. When the new ring arrived it was made too small as they hadn’t made it to the same size as my ring was when I sent it back to them. I got it resized by themselves as soon as I got my first original ring and they clearly didn’t make note of the size of it when I first sent it back to be fixed. Because I did not want to send anything back to them as I did not trust them. I went somewhere else to get the new one resized to which being told that the claws were not supporting the diamond on my ring and I did in fact have to pay to get the brand new ring fixed again so the diamond did not fall out. Since all of this my wedding band which was also under a years old has started to tarnish and discolour. I appreciate the refund they gave for the repair and partial reimbursement. However, hasn't solved the issue and I’m still out of pocket. I feel so deflated when I look down at my rings knowing that they could break or tarnish at any moment. The design is so beautiful but made so poorly they don’t feel luxury or special at all. I will never recommend this company.
I had such a great experience visiting this jewellery store! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Alanna — she went above and beyond to assist me and made the whole visit so enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store has a beautiful selection of jewellery and a welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
