We hired Austin Catering for our large family New Year’s Eve dinner, and they truly exceeded our expectations! Feeding a group of 30 people, young and old, can be chaotic, but the team handled everything with such grace and professionalism. The food was served piping hot, beautifully presented, and—most importantly—it was delicious. It allowed us to actually enjoy each other's company instead of spending the whole night in the kitchen. We even enjoyed the leftovers the day after! Gabrielle was also so easy to work with in the planning phase. This dinner was the highlight of our annual family vacation. Thank you!

Austin Catering catered our wedding on May 31, 2025 and it was absolutely delicious! They worked with us on a custom menu and we did two rounds of taste tasting and they were more than accommodating for all of my knit picky changes! All of our guests absolutely loved the food and were a little surprised since wedding food can often be a tad unimpressive, but this truly felt like a meal in a restaurant. They also made us late snacks which everyone loved as well and were very accommodating of dietary restrictions. Their team were professional and easy to work with and we 1000% recommend them!

When the road to our Rehearsal Dinner was washed away by last weekend’s Texas flood, Austin Catering stepped up in the most incredible way—opening their Union Pointe location and bringing in a full team to ensure our guests were served, even though they weren’t the original caterers. Outstanding service and true dedication to their customers. Thank you! The next night was our wedding where we had hired Austin catering. I can not recommend Austin Catering enough. Their customer service, communication, professionalism, and kindness from a business standpoint are exactly who I, and I believe all brides, hope to work with during their wedding planning. Gabby was my contact, whom I can not rave about enough. She was so incredibly helpful, thoughtful and patient with me, coming up with really great suggestions, recommendations and guidance. Lastly, the food is AMAZING. The flavor, quality, presentation is 10/10. My favorite thing about Austin Catering is how accommodating they are. As a bride who's gluten-free, vegan and had strong opinions about her menu, I felt entirely confident that my menu was going to turn out perfect thanks to Gabby's help, and it did! My guests raved about our food, including the kids. They made the allergen-friendly process so easy, as well as the bar/desserts. The staff they hire is also amazing - every single person at my wedding was so kind and made each guests feel special. I highly highly recommend Austin Catering! My only complaint is I don't have another reason to work with them again!

Austin Catering was great to work with for our nonprofit fundraising event. Giselle was very knowledgeable and easily accommodated all of our last-minute changes. We had a tight timeline, and they excelled in keeping to our schedule. The drinks were tasty, the food was great, and the service was quick. Denise Davis, our main manager, was amazing with the crew and easy to work with. Our bar manager and lead, Michael and Victor, kept the drinks coming and looked lovely. All of our guests were impressed by the food and drinks. The staff was on time, professional, and friendly. We will be using them again for our future events!!!
