Brandi is the best! Everyone who works here does a fabulous job. Knowledgeable, kind and helpful are just a few words about the team at Austin Skin & Wellness. Here you are treated like a Queen or King. I would never trust anyone else to take care of my skin and wellness needs. I highly recommend ASW!!! Oh, the machines are top of the line and they are also highly recommended as they do things that can’t be preformed by the amazing staff.
Love Austin Skin & Wellness so much! I've been seeing my Aesthetician, April for the last 7+ Months since moving here from out of state and have to say they are world-class. Always feel super comfortable with Aly & the office team...one of the friendliest and professional MedSpas I've been to! Let's be real, I didn't know how much of an improvement to my face/skin I should expect (previous MedSpa experience was usually for a one off like massage...which i've had many appointments). I mean I didn't really even wash my face but for the shower, but knew as I am getting older it was probably smart to figure out what the buzz was about with MedSpas & Hydrafacials...I'm pleasantly surprised! After consistently going based on April's treatment plan, I'm really seeing a difference in my skin. I remember after the first time I was sort of expecting some like immediately perfect skin, but April helped me understand how we progress and add on to this. Long story short - I don't bug her with the "which one of these face wipe thingys goes first and when do I apply the tube one...LOL" Yeah I really didn't know a bit. Safe to say I'm a now a lifer! Feeling better about my routine and in control of the quality of my face. We're adding different types of treatments depending on my progress and April's recommendations. I can say I trust and rely on her...and feel comfortable even as a newbie, asking what I think are pretty basic questions. I normally don't post this much at length, but it's been a while since I've felt connected to a business like this. These are awesome people looking to give you the right recommendations and help you feel better. Thank you all for being so welcoming and caring. You're the best!
