I cannot say enough wonderful things about Austin's Fine Jewelry in Spokane, WA. Their team took several sentimental pieces I already owned and transformed them into a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind diamond and sapphire wedding ring for my now-husband and me. The craftsmanship is truly exceptional, and their jewelry designer brought my vision to life with such creativity and care. I was a customer more than 20 years ago, and returning to Austin’s felt like coming home. Their honesty, artistry, and commitment to quality are unmatched. I would never go anywhere else for trusted, beautifully crafted jewelry. Highly recommend!

The owner left my family and I standing out in the cold rain at night. His parking lot was completely empty on a Saturday night, so we parked there and the owner immediately called a tow truck to rob us of our vehicle. For 1 hour and 20 minutes (starting from the time the owner made the phone call to the towing company), they charged us $555 for the tow. Now, we can’t visit home for the holidays, because the owner of “Austin’s Fine Jewelry” basically robbed $555 from us. The worst part was watching my son standing cold in the rain that whole time, waiting for our vehicle to return—the owner, too, was likely watching through his camera surveillance. We originally wanted to shop there for wedding jewelry, but we don’t trust a cold-hearted business to handle this important task with the care.

I definitely recommend Austin's! Finding the right engagement ring can be stressful, but Sue made it enjoyable and successful. She asked about my fiancé to get a feel for her style. Sue is so warm and authentic. The result was a stunning ring perfect for my wife. With Sue's help I was able to buy a much more impressive ring than I anticipated. Austin's is a classy and reputable long-time Spokane establishment.

I can’t say enough about how amazing experience was at Austin’s. All of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. My jeweler, Sue, was there for me every step of the way as I created the perfect ring for my fiancé. I couldn’t have felt like I had better guidance through this stressful task. She offered advice when I asked, but also helped me to shape the ring the way that I thought would be perfect. She was willing to come in early or stay late to accommodate my busy schedule. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the price was competitive or better than anywhere else. I was truly treated like family during my many visits here. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will be here for any piece of jewelry to make or buy in the future.
