I'm not sure why I waited so long to experience ASMY, but am making up for it now! The environment is calming and welcoming. The instructors have been so helpful to me being virtually a newcomer, whether guidance during a class or sharing knowledge of Yoga itself. The benefits I have come away with are not just physical, all of which I am so grateful for. Looking forward to continuing along this path. Namaste.
Have been coming here for the last few months and absolutely love it! The teachers are all incredibly kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. I particularly LOVE Amara’s yin classes, I always leave feeling amazing. I also really love all of Emma’s classes, she’s amazing, thanks for all the yoga tips! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone 😊🫶
This place is just amazing! The vibe is so relaxing and its a beautiful set up. The teachers are always keen to help you to improve - special thanks to Emma for always helping to correct me. I love attending the classes here and I truly recommend it to anyone. As a beginner, I feel very comfortable here :)
I’ve absolutely fallen in love with this studio. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a safe and welcoming space - so calm, colourful and warm, and filled with such good energy. The teachers are lovely: knowledgeable, kind, and so supportive no matter where you are in your practice. There’s zero sense of intimidation here - just a lovely community of people and a space where you can really connect with yourself. I always leave feeling grounded and happy. Highly recommend!
Free kirtan nights on Wednesday, highly recommended. The asanas classes i went I didn't enjoy them very much as I felt the teachers were just following the sequence but not connecting with the students, actually one of them looked very hurry since the evening she didn't even introduce herself and next door room and reception area were noisy with people and as the toilet is in the yoga class Shala people walked in and out the room a few times. The place is beautiful tho.
