CALL CENTER: I called and was set up for the SJ shop to do mobile service in Morgan Hill. I was scheduled 2 weeks out due to the holidays. I called the call center after the holidays and asked if the SJ shop took walk in appts to which they said they did and to go over. I went within an hour of the call. SAN JOSE SHOP: Greeted by female receptionist and she advised the shop is appointment based only. I advised of what the call center had told me and told her it was ok since I had a mobile appointment in Morgan Hill for next week. She advised she did not know why mobile service was scheduled as they do not offer mobile service in Morgan Hill. She was able to take me in without an appointment, repaired the windshield in about 30 minutes, invoice was emailed to me and I was on my way. Glad it worked out.
The appointment was done on time and professionally. The only feedback, and 4 star review, that glass shards were left in the passenger side vent. Also shards in the console cup holder. Otherwise, I will recommend this shop to others. Thanks, Lee Walters
My experience with Auto Glass Now was first class - what really worked for me was the scheduling and communication process. The service was outstanding - if you are busy this is the place to go. In addition, Jacob was a first class technician and got the complete windshield replacement and technical calibration done is less than 2 hours! 5 star experienced!
Great experience. Professional came to my office, let my desk manager know of his arrival, and I was able to watch the process! He did an excellent job cleaning up and answering all my questions. Thank you!
Overall good experience. I called them the day of incident where a stone cracked my windshield and they connected me with my insurance. Took care of all the backend procedures and help me book an appointment for the next day. I dropped off my car and within 30 mins or so it was ready to pick up. The work was fast and there was plenty of parking on a week day. So far no issues. There was some glass dust on my dashboard which they forgot to clean I believe, but all fine.
