When I was coming home from my family Thanksgiving, my car was t-boned by a deer, hitting me on the driver's side left back door, quarter panel, back tire rim, and bumper. The seam where the bumper meets the quarter panel was separated, a triangular piece of the quarter panel behind the back tire was broken out, and the tire rim was scratched. In addition, the back door was completely smashed in and had to be replaced and there were scratch marks on the driver's side door. This took place in a highway construction zone so there was no room to pull over and assess the damage or the deer. Fortunately, I was not hurt and the car was still driveable. My insurance company recommended Auto Truck Service Co and I could not be happier. They assessed the damage, reported it to my insurance company, ordered the parts needed, and made the repairs within less than 10 days from the date I brought it in. The staff were pleasant and professional to work with and explained what had to be done to bring my car back to it's former glory. I feel much safer with everything repaired and not worrying if the bumper is going to fall off. The repairs were performed with precision and expertise that you cannot tell where the new paint starts and the old paint begins. There are no visible paint lines what so ever! Fantastic service all the way around from the front-end customer service crew to the shop technicians and managers. I would not hesitate to bring my car to Auto Truck Service Co again for body repairs and paint if the need arises. In fact, I am considering using them for my car's regular maintenance. Recently moved to MN from MO, my car was stolen the 3rd day in my new place. Once recovered Auto Truck Service showed me the MN kindness that I've heard so much about. They really helped make the best of a terrible situation. Car came back looking just as good as before it was stolen. Also very hands on in the approach of handling my claim with my insurance. Highly recommend
Auto truck service helped keep me updated and well informed throughout the process of my claim,after some damages to my vehicle. It’s was a very simple process, which left me with no worries while work was being done. When I picked up the vehicle I was also given a very nice interior detail and exterior wash! All in all, it was a very fast, easy, and detailed process. I would highly recommend you trust their team.
Very expensive high priced shop for very below average workmanship. We told them to replace the two front tires on my work van. Because they had plugs in them and they were leaking. Didn’t think we needed to explain this to them. Figured they would just replace the front two tires. But instead, they rotated them first putting my leaking , chopped tires on the back. They also fixed our headlight and a radiator fan, but for some reason, my radio is broken. Not sure why they needed to take the dash apart. ? Come to find out most of their mechanics are not even certified.
I had just purchased this vehicle brand new and was unfortunately hit within less than 2 months of picking it up (see photos). Bringing it to ATS was an extremely easy process, time efficient, and most importantly they brought it back to looking brand new again! They have such an eye for detail and especially with it being a new vehicle, I wanted to make sure things were done right. I chose to bring my car here over bringing it to Land Rover and will (hopefully not have to) bring it here for any future needs! 10/10 recommend them for any of your vehicle needs.
