I experienced worse than I expected service from unprofessional tinters who used non-laser cut materials, resulting in damage to my rear defogger during their attempted repair of their initial faulty work. Water is dripping on all 4 door panels. Despite claiming a lifetime warranty, the staff became uncooperative and rude when I requested an appointment to correct the issue. I'm sharing my experience to caution others against potential similar situations.

I recently had my windshield replaced at Auto world after a small crack quickly spread across the glass. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Scheduling was simple. The technician Jason introduced himself, and explained every step of the process before starting. The workmanship was top-notch. The new windshield fit perfectly, with no visible gaps or wind noise even at highway speeds

I just got my car detailed and specifically told them that last time I got it detailed from, a different person, they did not vacuum between the arm rest (in hopes to provide details to what I'mexpectingfor what i pay), not only did i not get vacuum properly inside the arm rest compartment and the door they ( as pictures ahown) they left me with a portable pool to go. The only reason they got 2 star is because the guy was cool and some parts of the car seats, for now looks ok but its not dry yet so I can't be 100% sure.

I had a fantastic experience at Diamond Car Wash in Rideau. The team did an excellent job — my car came out spotless inside and out, and they really paid attention to the details. The service was quick, professional, and friendly, and I could tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone looking for a quality car wash in the area.

Second time going to Auto World for interior detail in the spring and highly recommend!! The before and after pics speak for themselves, they got all the salt stains out of the carpets and the car literally looks brand new. Really reasonable price as well compared to other places as they have a discount going right now. I usually just clean my car myself year round but it's definitely worth going in for the professional detail once a year after winter for a deep clean. Just make sure to air out your car for a couple days after to dry everything without a musty smell forming. My two experiences so far here have been great, will definitely be coming back :)
