Absolutely outstanding, there were only two working at the time, and they were hopping and pooping. Elijah and Carter are excellent and deserve recognition.
The (3) gentlemen that assisted in my exterior/interior cleaning did an amazing job. -texx s. FYI:.. ‘Chris’ did a superb job.. Parker was very helpful. So appreciate this location.. texx s.
I usually go to a car wash on Capitol blv and this is why. I didn’t only take one car I took both my Honda and my wife’s. And with their sales skills they sold me their best wash. But obviously, they’re better salesman than they are car washers we had to keep asking them to wipe windows bumpers add tire shine that they me. There is no more work ethics anymore. Needless to say this autobell is pure trash.
Everyone that works there appears to be very nice, helpful, and respectful. I need to shout out Gavin as being super helpful. I took my car there one day and left feeling disappointed. It didn’t look like the interior had been wiped down and I’d asked attendants to clean the car seat and when I got home saw crumbs still in the carseat. I called customer service and they told me to return with the receipt to have my vehicle cleaned again. I spoke with Gavin and he was so helpful. He didn’t hesitate to have my vehicle cleaned again and drove it through the car wash himself. I give Gavin and the 2 attendants that cleaned my vehicle the second time 5 stars. As a whole, because it isn’t the first time I’ve left there feeling disappointed, I’d give Auto Bell a 3. In the future, I’ll be clear with attendants that I’d like cup holders/doors/etc wiped down and that if they can get off stray marks on both the exterior and interior of the car without damage to please do so. I may also consider breaking the bank and looking into some car detailing shops in the future. I would return to Auto Bell for a quick clean which seems to be their speciality. Thank you, Gavin, for your wonderful assistance and giving me the desire to return again!
UPDATED October 23, 2022: Of I could give more stars for this review, I would! I had tree sap on my vehicle that I didn't think would ever come off. The guy cleaning my vehicle got it all off, amazingly! ---------------------------- UPDATED June 4, 2022: Excellent experience again today. The staff is super friendly and helpful. ---------------------------- This was my first time at Autobell and I wasn't sure what to expect. As you pull into the parking lot, there are signs that instruct you how to proceed. Before pulling into the car wash, there is a pull-off area to straighten up the interior, retract your antenna and mirrors, secure any valuables, and anything else you need to do. At the washing bay, an employee will come over and prepare your vehicle to enter the washing area. At this point, you exit the vehicle and pay for the services you want. When I told them this was my first time, they clearly explained the options and sales they were having. I didn't feel they tried to up-sell any services. They have several services ranging from a basic wash all the way up to full washing, under carriage washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, armor-all, etc. After your vehicle exits the washing bay, an employee will drive it around to an area where they finish hand drying the vehicle, washing the windows, vacuum the interior, and do any other services you purchased. The day I went out was extremely hot outside (95° in October!). The employees were always hustling, pretty much running from station to station. This doesn't mean they rushed through cleaning the vehicle, just very efficient. When I got my vehicle back, I was very pleased with how clean it was. Exceeded my expectations. I spoke to Josh, who I guess is the manager. I told him how pleased I was and how impressed I was with the employees' attention to detail. He said if I noticed something wasn't up to my expectation to bring the vehicle back. Easily ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars! I will definitely be back to have my car cleaned. May even purchase a monthly package.
