I had my car repaired through my insurance. Jade helped me, he is such a friendly, professional, courteous person, as well as the receptionist ( Im sorry, I forgot her name, but she was wonderful) I asked about a window tint and Jade immediately contacted someone and I had a quote within minutes! My rear passenger door was replaced and the scratches on the front door and rear panel were repaired beautifully, perfect colour match! My car looked like brand new and was ready a week early. The window tint was perfect too! It was the most stress free experience, I dropped off my car, someone from Enterprise picked me up from Aviva AutoCare and took me over to get my courtesy car, once my car was ready, I just dropped off the courtesy car at Aviva AutoCare and was on my way. Thank you Jade and Team for such an awesome experience!

Extremely Disappointed – Negligent Repairs and Poor Communication. I had my vehicle repaired at Car Star through my insurance after a collision. While they did return my car, major issues were left unresolved. The horn and one of the headlights were not working when I got it back. While those were eventually fixed, my vehicle was still shaking due to a damaged engine mount, which Car Star dismissed as "wear and tear." Worse, when I got my car back the second time, it wouldn’t even start. It turns out the battery had been completely drained—likely from a light being left on while in their care. Not only did they not fix this, they never even informed me about it. I had to get my dealer and another mechanic involved, both of whom confirmed the engine mount leak was due to the collision, and the battery failure was either from the accident or from Car Star’s neglect. The lack of transparency, accountability, and quality control is unacceptable. I expected better from a company trusted by insurance providers. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting your vehicle to Car Star.
