I walked in and Nathan was super professional, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The off-the-cuff-quote turned out to be the actual cost with no added junk or hidden fees. What a wonderful experience!!! Sam at the front desk was very professional. We first spoke on the phone about my issue and went over on how the diagnostic procedure was to be performed. When I arrived at the shop I was welcomed by Sam and he did exactly what we dicussed on the phone. The vehicle was diagnosed and a printed readout was texted to my phone. Done in reasonable time with no hidden fees. Sam is a asset to Avondale Auto Repair and I highly recommend this facility.
