Zac and the staff here are awesome. Physical therapy is challenging but not overwhelming. They are very willing to work with you, to modify exercises according to your abilities. The billing is smooth and they definitely let you know what to expect ahead of time which is great The lighting is soft, the music is quiet but enjoyable. Overall a great atmosphere. I might actually miss it a little after I am fully healed.
On my first visit at Axes 11/5/25 I met up with an amazing therapist guy by the name of Zachary after my first Exam he was able to tell me right off my Diagnosis and he was able too shift my right lumbar back into place very amazing guy. I cannot thank him enough very multitask and always ask if you’re able to do something. He does not push anyone to do anything. I receive excellent customer service from Zachary and all of the other therapist’s if there’s anyone that needs therapy care, this is the place to go … Thank you Mr Zachary
Everyone at this location is kind and upbeat. Such a great environment to walk into. Mary is my therapist and she is wonderful. She explains everything thoroughly, how to do the exercises and why. I rate AXES as the best therapy office I’ve been to. From the people, to the equipment, to the cleanliness of the office. I’m very glad I made the call for an appointment.
Mary is the absolute best ! She has showed compassion for me and she is not pushy she understands pain well!! Her commitment to get you better is overwhelming!! She encourages yet not to the point of extreme pain!!I take chances even when it hurts!! Her heart is golden!! I recommend her to anyone!! I gave her 20 stars ! Her customer service skills are remarkable and she has proven to perfect for the field she chose!! Go see Mary she will make you enjoy getting better !! She is straight forward with the nicest attitude!!
I love Axes Physical Therapy! This was my second time coming here for a separate issue, and Zac is the best!! It's a great atmosphere and Zac did everything he could to make me feel at my best. I didn't think it was possible to make as much progress as I did in ~1.5 months! All the therapy exercises paid off. I definitely recommend this place!
