I brought my Lexus RX 350 off at AZ Heat detail for PPF film and ceramic coating off at AZ Heat Detail and I was very impressed with the high attention to detail and professionalism. I would like to thank the team for their service and prompt responses. I would like to additionally thank Samantha for being so thorough with her communication and her keeping me updated with photos of my car as it went through the different stages of service. Jay as always was super friendly and informative and provided quick servicing options for the ceramic and PPF film. My car was deeply detailed and washed on the inside and out, which was a really nice unexpected bonus. I also had my headlights restored and they honestly look brand new!! I was also able to meet with the owners Brett and Kyle to answer some of my questions for post care for the outside and inside of my car. It was explained to me that while the PPF film acts as a dirt repellent, it also provides UV protection due to sun damage and fading. I go a lot longer between washes- maybe once every other month? vs bi-weekly washes. I am really impressed with their team and level of service they provided! Thank you again!

I had my 2025 Lexus IS500 fully dialed in at AZ Heat and Detail — full body PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting — and these guys absolutely crushed it. From start to finish, the communication was flawless. They kept me in the loop, explained everything clearly, and treated my car like it was one of their own. The work itself? Next level. The PPF install is absolutely seamless, the ceramic coating gives the car a deep, glassy shine, and the tint is perfect. They suggested carbon fiber PPF on a few key areas, and honestly, it looks as legit as real carbon fiber. That little touch took the whole look of the car up a notch. What I really respect is how thorough they are. They walked me through the warranties for each product and even set me up with follow-up inspections at 2 weeks and at 1 year to make sure everything stays looking fresh. They even let me check out their garage and the high-tech cutting system they use for the PPF — super cool to see the level of precision that goes into it.
