We used AZ Party Oasis for my daughter's 7th birthday in Peoria and I honestly can't say enough good things. I was stressed about everything coming together but these guys made the bounce house rental part completely effortless. I booked a combo water slide about two weeks out and Joshua was super responsive through text which I appreciated since I'm not always able to take calls during work. The delivery crew showed up around 9am for our 11am party start time — they were professional, quick with the setup, and actually took time to show me how the blower worked and where the stakes were anchored. Small thing but it gave me peace of mind with 15 kids running around. The unit itself was spotless. Like, noticeably clean. You can tell they actually maintain their equipment which isn't always the case with rental companies (we've had some rough experiences before). The kids were on that slide for literally 4 hours straight in the Arizona heat and it held up great. Pickup was just as smooth — they came right on schedule and were in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Pricing was fair, definitely competitive with other Phoenix area bounce house companies I looked at. Already planning to book their foam cannon for my son's party next spring. If you're looking for party rentals in the West Valley, AZ Party Oasis is the move.

Needed a last-minute bounce house for my son‘s birthday. They were very responsive and able to load the bounce house right up and bring it over. The two men that delivered the bounce house were very professional and made sure that it was completely cleaned before any of the kids jumped on it. It was a really great, hassle-free experience, and I would definitely rent from them again.

We’ve worked with Party Oasis for MANY years. Last year our experience was poor, but we chalked it up to a one off issue. Unfortunately we were wrong. This year we were celebrating our son’s 13th birthday party with around 70 guests. On the day of the party, Saturday the 15th, we did not receive any heads up to the delivery time like years past. In fact I had to chase that information and after multiple phone calls and texts, I did receive a drop off time of a mechanical bull and large obstacle bounce house for 2pm. Keep in mind the party started at 4 and we paid extra for next day pick up and we’re not being cheap with our rentals. They then showed up around 2:30ish for the party. We had two giant rentals. The mechanical bull did not work and we had literally no communication from the company and had to keep asking for updates from their team members onsite. One team member was helpful, the other was less. At around 5:30/5:45 the second bull that was brought ( which looked horrible and was literally duct tapped together, I have pictures) was up and running. Almost 2 hours after the start of the party. It did not look good, was embarrassing, and took away time from the kids and adults looking to enjoy something we spent a lot of money on. To top it off, we did not hear a word or apology from the company. I text them this very similar review and was just told they would pass along the feedback. I am owed a refund, or acknowledgment, especially considering our long patronage. I’m appreciative the team tried to come up with a solution but overall, very disappointing considering our years of working with them. Perhaps they should test their equipment or leave more time for set up.

This company had a fast response time and were very generous! The original bounce house we wanted had a hole from the party before us, so they upgraded us for free with a bigger one. Deron was great at keeping us updated and an overall kind employee. I definitely recommend. 👍
