Shane and Trey were great! Had a boiler issue in a rental property, they were very friendly, transparent about what was needed. The landlord couldn't be reached initially to allow the necessary work so they were awesome and went and grabbed breakfast in town to allow another half an hour for the landlord to get in touch so we could get our boiler fixed that day!
Big Shout out to the whole team from Shawn when I first called to the dispatch who told me they won’t come in but still made it able to send someone thank you for that i appreciate it. BIG BIG shout out to Cimarron Martinez for the amazing work he did and for coming to my home late to evaluate the situation and figure it out and giving me the options on what we could do to fix it Clear and detailed kind and respectful gentlemen. This was the first time using B. Carlson and heating and would recommend them 100%.
When are old dual fuel combo unit neared the end of its life, we called Carlson to help us replace it. We worked with Mario to select a cold-weather heat pump, and settled on a Bosch. Josh and Mikey did the installation and not only did they do a terrific job, but also were very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. All in all, it was an excellent experience.
My heater that was installed by B Carlson Heating 7 years ago decided to have problems, on a Saturday @1030 am, first time since having it installed. I called the company then two hours they sent Ben Dudley out to service the heater. Ben found the problem. The heater had some codes on the motherboard, the biggest problem was the heater was needing a good service, Ben service the heater got it running. He’s a super employee to have very friendly and fast and he took care of the problem. His professionalism is great a good team player.
Jeramiah was excellent! He was able to arrive same day and complete the work. Great service, very professional, courteous to us and our home, took the time to understand our issue, did thorough inspection, offered up multiple service options and explained tradeoffs but wasn’t pushy about upselling to us. Completed the work efficiently and explained everything he did. Initially wasn’t considering signing up for the Care Club membership but with his quality service and price/value combo ended up signing up! Highly recommend! Thank you Jeramiah!
