The clinic itself has a good environment; it's clean, modern, and feels professional yet welcoming. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain the process clearly. It was a straightforward and positive first impression.

I had a wonderful experience with Karen! Her attention to detail was incredible. She takes the time to understand your skin and makes sure everything is tailored perfectly to your needs but also sets realistic expectations.
I’ve been a client with balabala for over a year now. Always love Xue Er and Nicole’s work. While Karen has always been very prompt with follow ups. She always checks on me a day post treatment to make sure everything is all right. Definitely recommend the clinic :)
