Had an amazing time on our Abraham Lake tour with William! 🙌 He made the experience even more magical by providing shoe spikes for the icy trails - huge shoutout to him for thinking ahead! 😊 He also took awesome group photos and shared some great tips along the way. Super kind and looked after the tour group like family. Highly recommend Banff Journey and William as your guide! 5 stars isn't enough 🌟

William was an amazing tour guide. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we were safe and able to see all the beautiful sights. His energy was so much fun and he finds you the best photo spots! Would love to take his tour again!

The tour was great! Went to many different places with beautiful lakes and viewpoints. Our tour guide, Greta, was extremely sweet and shared interesting history alongside multiple facts with some trivia at the end. I had an amazing time!

Edward was a wonderful tour guide. He showed us all the best points to take pictures, took us to the trailheads so we could explore, and told us a bit of history about the area! He had a great sense of humor to go along with it. Best girls trip ever!!😍

Excellent Day Trip experience with Banff Journey. We are lucky to see black bear and bighorn sheep on the road. Special thanks to our tour guide, William. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the tourist sites. He is well-organized with the siting spot and time arrangements. Highly recommended to join their tours!
