I've frequented Banyan Tree for years but needed to give them a special shoutout! I ordered a cardigan for store pickup. To my surprise, they shipped it to me for free. With a busy week ahead, I was so happy for this unexpected convenience! Local businesses go above and beyond for their customers and it shows!!

I absolutely love this store! Always, always, my go to store as a local Clevelander. Their jewelry and bags are so unique, and their clothing is one of a kind! I get so many compliments every time I wear something from here. On top of that, the clothes are so comfortable, you can’t help but get lost in the vibe. And then there is the staff… By far some of the nicest people I have ever come in contact with. 100% recommend!

I’ve been making the short trip from Parma to Banyan Tree in Tremont for 3 years. I always look forward to a good browse and usually leave with something cute to wear. I want to highlight how helpful and genuinely polite the staff are: never pushy either. I like that the main fitting room is close to the front register so I can step out and ask for their opinion on what I’m trying on. It’s nice being in a clothing retail space where staff is attentive while you’re in the fitting room. That’s a dying luxury of shopping, but Banyan Tree still practices this, and I’m grateful for it. You’ll see an array of styles; very colorful and comfy fabrics. You’ll see looser fitting, flowy pieces throughout the store. I’ll be a customer for many years to come.

I had a great experience in the shop. It was clean, the cashier was friendly and helpful, and merchandise was unique and fun. Definitely worth a stop in if in the Tremont area. The store is much larger than it appears.

Eine Auswahl eklektischer, einzigartiger und Cleveland-Artikel (Deko, Gläser, Seifen, Parfums, Babyartikel), Schmuck-Armbänder mit einer Vielzahl von Anhängern, Kleidung, Schuhe usw. Mit großartigem Kundenservice. Es gibt immer etwas, das mir ins Auge fällt! (ein Armband mit einigen Anhängern abgebildet)
