Guillermo, my nurse today was fantastic. He made me and my daughter feel extremely comfortable and he went out of his way to give my daughter snacks which cheered her spirits up. I usually don’t make reviews or make a big deal over kind nurses but there’s so very few now a day, he really stood out. As well as the dr who took care of me. Dr. j Perez. Thank you for today and making me feel taken care of.
Excellent service. I walked in sick after six days trying all kinds of home remedies to fight off a bad flu symptoms. A friend recommended Baptist Health Urgent Care at Country Wkefficient and I walked out with prescriptions and a clear report of the visit and treatment. I like the efficient computerized video conference that they use to sign out.
The nurses were great. However, it took a very long time for the doctor to see me. When he finally came in, he appeared as though he had bad news and didn’t really want to be there. He was not very attentive to my needs and came across as apathetic. I also checked in online in hopes that the process would be quicker, but that did not seem to make a difference. Despite there being no other patients waiting, I still waited over 30 minutes before being seen and did not leave until an hour and a half after checking in. I'd recommend going to the Baptist Urgent care on old cutler, like i should've done in the first place
Want to take Ashley, the nurse that helped us on Mon. DEC. 1st, 2025 my daugther Emma Santana-Castellanos came in for an allergic reaction. Ashley was very kind and attentive. She and the staff even stayed after hours as time taking care of my daughter extended. Thank you very much, she is well now!
Made an appointment and got in quickly. The entire staff was courteous and helpful at every step! Nicole in particular went way above and beyond beyond to help me get seen by a doctor, get my x-ray, wrap my foot AND make sure I got to my appointment at the Diagnostic Center next door on time! Thank you so much! Great location/great job everyone!
