I was at work when my upstairs neighbor alerted me something was wrong. Checking my camera, I saw him near our gas meters and shut-off valve. Turns out, the entire building lost water, likely a frozen pipe. I had to leave work early. After calling 15 plumbers, Bargotti Co. was the only one who responded quickly. They were so kind. Even though not all pipes were copper, they got creative with a torch. They worked tirelessly and when water finally flowed, I nearly cried. They saved my newly renovated ceiling and the decorative slat walls along that same pipe. Professional, fast, fair pricing, lifesavers!
I've had a series of unfortunate events in my apartment over the last 6 months and would be completely LOST without the help of Bargotti! They are now my go-to service for all water and HVAC needs. Fantastic service. They actually answered their phone and were able to get Anthony out to me quickly. He was here for no more than hour and fixed everything and went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean before he left. Will definitely be saved as my go to plumbing service provider and cannot recommend them enough.
In this World, honesty in service is increasingly rare. The fact that Tom and Anthony were HONEST above all else is priceless and I appreciate it! This company and their service is amazing. After reviewing several companies and their client reviews, I went with my gut and it was the best decision possible. Mom's house had a clog deep in the kitchen sink's pipes. Nothing worked that we tried. Anthony and Omar came came so quickly to check it out and with their electrical snake, they were able to dislodged and clear out the clog roughly 30ft into the pipe. They were super responsive and the issue fixed immediately - no problems since. Mom is happy and calm now. The guys were also cool in telling us why these things occur, etc., which we appreciate. Price super reasonable given how quick they are to respond. They have the equipment to get it done and are super nice. Both my parents and I will be reaching out to them for any future issues. Best company and best guys out there.
